Gotu kola is one of the most important herb in Ayurveda and has been used as a typical anti-aging herb.
Gotu kola has been popularly used from ancient times in the traditional hygiene of Asian countries including Thailand, Sri Lanka and Indonesia.
In some parts of India, gotu kola is considered as the most sacred of all herbs, and is also used by yogis as the herb that “cleanses the heart”, to reach a higher state of meditation.
Gotu kola is said to be one of the most satvik (purifying) herbs in Ayurveda and is known to help gain more spiritual clarity.
